Terms & Conditions

The services are provided by "Harf" Arabic Language Specialized Center (registered as Nare Vardumyan IE in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia). The Center reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time, which shall take effect upon their publication on the website.

Course applications are submitted via the website, specified contact channels, or social media platforms. Each educational program has its own structure and pricing. The monthly fee or module payment for each program is made in advance, prior to the start of the first lesson of the respective month or module. Payments can be made via bank transfer or through the payment systems available on the website.

If a student decides to take a temporary break and has prepaid lessons, those lessons will be frozen until their return.

In the event that a student completely discontinues the course at any point after making the payment, the paid amount is non-refundable.

If an excess payment is accidentally made by the student, the balance of the overpaid amount is subject to a full refund.

The center is not responsible for payment system failures or technical problems. You should contact the bank for such issues.

Individual Courses: In case a student needs to reschedule or cancel a lesson, they are required to notify the Center or their instructor no later than 2 hours before the start of the lesson. If the cancellation is made less than 2 hours prior to the lesson, the given lesson will be considered held and is not subject to compensation or rescheduling.

Corporate / Group Courses: Group lessons follow a fixed schedule. In the event of an individual student's absence, the lesson is not postponed; however, the student will be provided with the covered materials (and/or the recording in the case of the online format).

Students and teachers can reschedule classes as needed.

All materials, logos, and designs posted on the website, as well as the proprietary media files, texts, and methodology provided during the courses, constitute the intellectual property of "Harf" Center. Distribution, resale, or public sharing of educational materials with third parties without the prior written permission of the Center is strictly prohibited.

The Center undertakes to ensure the high quality of the courses, compliance with the announced program, and the provision of necessary educational materials. The student undertakes to respect the internal regulations of the Center and exhibit behavior in accordance with ethical standards toward the instructors and other students.
